Burna Boy Is The Cover Star Of Crack Magazine February Issue

Award-winning Grammy nominee Burna Boy graces the cover of Crack’s February 2020 issue.


Burna Boy is the latest cover star on Crack Magazine and shares his journey from Lagos to becoming a global phenom in London, and how one day at a time he is taking over on his own terms.

Born Damini Ogulu from the Southern axis of Nigeria, Burna‘s story remains a one-of process and patience as he shares on the interesting interview.

With an existing discography of classics and club hits, Burna has been described as the face of Revolution for the Afrobeats genre, sticking to his roots and propagating the message of Africa To The World.

In 2019, Burnaboy won the Best International Act at the 2019 BET Awards and was announced as Apple Music’s Up Next artist. Following the recognition, in July 2019 Burna released his fourth studio album African Giant and it won Album of the Year at the 2019 All Africa Music Awards. He was then nominated for Best World Music Album at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards.

On January 2020, the Superstar hitmaker lost to veteran African artist Angelique Kidjo in the category of Grammy World Best Album, dashing the hopes of millions of Nigerians who rooted deeply for his win

Burna expressed the power of music for him as he quotes thus;

“I go on any stage it feels like I’ve gotten just a little bit closer too achieving unity”

The publication has announced that the magazine is available for purchase across the UK, EU, New York, and Lagos.
