In the wake of calling out Nigerian celebrities and the government over their ignorance and negligence over the coronavirus pandemic, Nigerian rapper and singer Ice Prince has a message for the online community.
The hip-hop head who’s been away from the music scene is blasting the people who consistently share their problems on social media. For Nigerians especially of the younger demography who have become accustomed to digital media, the invasion of modern technology has made the world a much smaller space.
Social applications such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter have sufficed as a community where everyone can connect for both the good and the bad. Nigerians however, have come to use these tools as mediums to show the world their lives without no discretion, and Ice prince thinks its not a good thing, more for people who come on to share their problems there.
He wrote: “I just really wonder how you bring your problems to the world on social media When the world on social media clearly has more problems than you !!!! Na Wa For You ooo”
The “Tatabara” crooner made his view public taking on his twitter page to express that the world already has enough problems and doesn’t need more.
