Former boxing heavyweight champion, Mike Tyson has revealed that he never bothered about being fined for biting Holyfield’s ear as he made more money afterwards than what he was fined.
CANDIIDONLINE recalls that Tyson infamously chewed off Holyfield’s ear and was disqualified during their rematch in 1997.
Tyson explained that he has never for once thought about the $3m fine he was ordered to pay as fine when he bit Evander Holyfield’s ear out of annoyance as he has actually made more money than the amount.

Tyson was to defend his WBA heavyweight title which he failed to as he was beaten by his fellow American in the eleventh round.
After the fight, Mike Tyson complained that he was head butted many times by his opponent in which a rematch was ordered for the following year.
Mike Tyson however revealed that he went in annoyance to face Holyfield in the second fight in which he bit him twice on his ear which forced the organizers to disqualify and fine him.
”Not at all. I never think about it. You know what I do think about? I think about how much money I’ve made from biting somebody’s ear which supersedes the 3million dollars that I lost. Isn’t that crazy?” Tyson said in an interview with Denis Rodman on Friday.
Meanwhile, Evander Holyfield has challenged Mike Tyson to come out again and fight him for the third time in what will be a charity game.
“If it comes about, as long as it works for both of us. If it’s a charity thing it’ll be more of this is what he wants to do.” Holyfield said.
The 53-year-old has been seen on social media training heavily lately showing his speedy and dangerous uppercuts in a bid to grace four-round exhibition fights for charity.
