Nigerian humanitarian and actress, Tonto Dikeh has recounted experiences during the birth of her son, Dayo, and sent an emotional message to the doctors and nurses who assisted her at the time.
In a post she shared on her Instagram timeline, Tonto penned a gratitude note with the photo of one doctor Maeowa, while also celebrating the rest of the crew who helped her during labour.
She wrote: “Wokeup from a vivid/RAW dream about MY SON’s BIRTH DAY… beautiful relief.
“After countlessly celebrating Mother’s Day
I realized I never celebrated one of the hero’s that birth my child OR EVEN ANY OF THEM AFTER WE LEFT.
“Maeowa, God used you and all the doctors and nurses to give me THE BEST LABOUR ROOM EXPERIENCE ANY WOMAN COULD EVER DREAM OF HAVING.
“I have never told my child’s birth story but if I ever did YOU WILL BE CELEBRATED.
“Thanks for all the lives including my son’s life you all saved (I’m not going to go into it for privacy reasons but if you know you know)
“I JUST WANT TO SAY I AM GRATEFUL AND THANK YOU. My love and best regards to Doctor Khorn. And the whole crew.”
It would be recalled that the 34 year old welcomed her son King Dayo Churchill in 2016, with her now estranged husband Olakunle Churchill.
