Nollywood blockbuster, ‘Living In Bondage’ set to hit Netflix

Lifestyle franchise Play Networks has announced that its leading movie ‘Living in Bondage’ sequel will make its grand entrance on the acclaimed streaming platform, Netflix from May 22 as confirmed by Filmone distribution.

CANDIID ONLINE recalls that “The Delivery Boy” which is currently streaming is one of the four Nollywood titles earlier announced coming to the streaming platform this May including “Living In Bondage”, “Anchor Baby” and ‘ “Light in the Dark”.’

Living in Bondage: Breaking Free’ captures the story of Nnamdi Okeke, Andy Okeke’s son, and his staunch desires for wealth and glamorous living.

Taking cues from the 1996 version when it first came out, the sequel leans on the themes of greed, jealousy, brotherhood, and wealth.

The 2019 blockbuster features a stellar cast that includes; Ramsey Nouah, who made his first directorial debut on the movie, JideKene Achufusi, Kenneth Okonkwo, Munachi Abi, Shawn Faqua, Ayinna Nwigwe and a host of others.
