Adeola Osinuga Has Died After Battling A Chronic Disease Like Her Husband, Nomoreloss

Adeola Osinuga, a popular media personality known as Phoenix in Rhythm 93.7 FM, Lagos, has died of fibromyalgia.

She is the wife of Late Nigerian singer and producer Nomoreloss.

The disease saw her go ‘in and out’ of the hospital for several months.

To clarify,  fibromyalgia is a rheumatic disease. So, it causes muscular discomfort.

In addition, it makes specific points on the body to become stiff.

Above all, the disease kept Adeola Osinuga away from her radio job with Rhythm FM. The deceased OAP lost her husband in March 2016, who died after a short battle with Pneumonia.

They married in 2008 and have just one daughter, Mo.

Her late husband Muyiwa Osinuga ‘Nomoreloss’ is the multi-talented artiste, famous for his hit songs, ‘Iyawo Asiko’ and ‘Ololufe’.

He died at an unnamed private hospital in the Ikeja area of Lagos in 2016.

The ailment took him off the entertainment scene after he released a new album titled ‘Beautiful Things’. The album announced his return to mainstream music in June 2015.

He collaborated with Yemi Alade on a song titled ‘Oro re’.

Recall that a few years ago, he led the committee that raised funds for OJB Jezreel’s kidney transplant in an Indian hospital.

Apart from ensuring the success of the campaign to save the latter’s life, Nomoreloss had virtually been at his wit’s end to check possible moves by unscrupulous individuals to exploit the situation to their selfish ends.

Since the news of ‘Phoenix’ death broke online, the Nigerian entertainment community is mourning.
